      Tellers are super friendly, but like 4 out of 5 times when I visited, I had to wait at least 10 min with long waiting line because there are only 2 counters serving customers. (Many times only one counter running) If you are in hurry, do not go this place. But if you don’t mind waiting 10 minutes and meeting very friendly tellers, you’ll be fine with this location.

      This is not the first time: customer service representatives have preferences among their clientes. They don’t respect the order of the arriving. We were waiting in the line and they took care of another customer that arrived after us, they said we need to wait a little bit more, today we took the day off to do this with our bank and we couldn’t, I think you guys at citizens bank need to take care of this and try to improve your customer service, because this kind of issues are unfair an annoying.
