  So, I closed my checking account with Citizens bank on August 3th 2020, I cashed out my account, thanked the lady at the counter and then I deleted the app off my phone. ..its July 2021, I walked in to Citizens bank today to open a new account. Jared said he would help, I gave him my ID and he asked for my social, I obligated. He said Ma'am you already have an account with us. I told him I shouldn't, he showed me the screen. The lady who I spoke with on August 3rd 2020 NEVER closed my account. Religiously this bank has been charging me a 9 dollar and .99 cent fee for inactive account fees since last year and they hit me with a bunch of 30 dollar service fees over the last several months. ..I'm soooo upset. Jared refunded all the fees from 2021 but he said to get any of the fees refunded from 2020 I would have to call the mobile banking number, so I did. I spoke with Andre, he kept me on hold for 17 minutes randomly checking in to see if i was still there, he kept telling me he was working on it with one of his colleges and then after a few more minutes on hold he hung up on me. ..I'm very disappointed in this bank rn.

  A bank is a place that will lend you money once you prove you don’t need it :)) Great people here.......always friendly!!!!
