  Dawn L was the most helpful person I could have imagined. I was trying to get my current month's statement for a Mortgage loan but was unable to do so myself with my online account. I went to 3 other branches that were unable to give me the correct format needed for the bank's approval. I was lost on what I actually needed since apparently the banks were unable to give me what I needed, regardless of the mortgage company telling me they could. I called this branch and was connected with Dawn, after a very short explanation Dawn told me not only she knows exactly what I need but she could have it ready for me in minutes. A few days later I needed an additional statement after another few deposits and again she had it ready for me and waiting at the front desk within minutes. She went above and beyond printing anything the bank could be asking for and not only stamped them all but gave my card to pass along to the mortgage company if they had any additional questions. She even followed up to make sure that everything went well. Thank you for not only giving me the necessary forms but keeping my sanity, Dawn!

  I had some fraud on my account from Happy’s Pizza so I had to go in and speak with a rep. Jackie was very nice and very helpful to me...Along with the fraud charges I also incurred overdraft fees that were 150...the fraud dept advised they would take crediting those charges into consideration but could not promise...my thinking was the overdraft fees would never have been on my account if Happy’s would not have been charging my card. When everything was said and done the fraud did not apply the credit to my account for the overdraft fees...I was Jackie who went above and beyond to see to it that my account not was correct
