      The staff at this location works as a team. They are helpful, and knowledgeable. Recently I purchased a house and needed certified statements. I was able to do this on my lunch break, and I was in and out quickly. Thanks so much for your help! You guys are awesome!

      The bank teller (it was a guy) would not change my stack of $20 bills to $100 bills for me, saying it's their policy to not change denominations for non-customers. This, despite the fact that I *was* able to get my desired denomination at a DIFFERENT Citizen's Bank branch. If I was ever planning to move my funds to Citizens Bank, now I am definitely NOT going to do so.
