      terrible customer service and very limited staff - waited 20 minutes to be told they wouldn’t be able to help me with a check issue because the manager wasn’t on - waste of a trip go somewhere else

      I was step out and asked for help get in my safety box. The lady her name is Lous very rude. And also another lady told this Lois don’t let me in ... they both so rude and very unprofessional to work at the bank customer service. I am a customer at this brand 30 years. I will close the account and open with Bank of America.
