Called their today first thing to let them know I needed to come and get a pretty good amount of money out of my savings. Was told I could get it but most of it would be in $20.00 bills. I agreed told them I would be up in awhile dealt with Vivian. When I arrived I was told she was on lunch and I would have to wait for her to come back it would be about 10 minutes. I said she told me to come up anytime...I guess that would of been a good time to tell me what time she went to lunch and that would not be a good time to come in... The other thing is how can you be a bank and not have 9500.00 on hand in big bills.... What a joke so long Citizens Bank in CB no wonder your closing......

They have extremely high overdraft fees that are out of control. They are not kind at all when it comes to handling it. The pros are they do direct deposit fast and transfer decently fast but there's times when it's really slow as well and takes days. Come on in 2019 seriously do it instant like cash app a day that's a joke #zorrbabe
