      What a horrible bank. I spoke to a representative to close my account weeks ago only to get a letter in the mail stating that I have been charged $70 of fees and that the account was not closed. When I spoke to a representative they refused to fix the situation and said I would have to pay the fees on an accounts I asked to be closed weeks ago. What a joke. I hope the Fed is listening and revokes their banking license. They do not deserve to have a banking licence and should be put out of business.
