      I have been with Citizens Bank for many years. Now I need to cash some treasury bonds and they will no longer provide this service. Very disappointing.

      I’m not even exaggerating the absolute worst bank anybody could ever go to. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and never ever do your banking here. They messed up A banking transaction and over pool $500 from my account and refused to admit their mistake until there was an ongoing court case and it’s still going. The lady Caitlyn at the desk is completely unhelpful, rude, and unsympathetic towards the fact their branch messed up $500 worth of my money. She would not get me in touch with anyone I had to literally call the citizens bank customer service line and take for them to get me on the phone with the claims department in order to try to get my money back the woman did absolutely nothing besides give me attitude when I was literally the victim of a fraudulent transaction
