  I have banked at this branch for well over 20 years. Through all the changes in staff and facilities, they have always been helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have had great service from both this branch and Citizens Bank corporate with all my accounts and would not consider changing.

  I went into this branch to simply make a cash deposit into my account. I was on my lunch break and did not have a lot of time. While I was waiting for the transaction to be completed, the teller told me that they had upgraded me to a better card. I was confused by what she meant, but she said that my current credit card did not have as many good benefits as that one that she was about to give me. While I was trying to understand what she was saying, I was realizing that she had already signed me up for a new credit card and was in the process of issuing it to my account. The teller never asked me "are you interested in a better credit card?" or "did you know that you are qualified for a credit card with better rates?" She simply signed me up for a card without asking for my consent and then expected me to agree to it. By the time I realized what she had done, the card was already approved and on its way to me. I wanted to complain and tell her to take the card back and cancel it, but I wasn't sure if this would negatively affect my credit, so I didn't say anything and left. This is a predatory way for banks to take advantage of issuing credit cards to customers. If she had asked me if I wanted a new card, I may have said ok. But to not even ask, to go into my credit and issue out a card that I didn't even say I wanted, is really taking advantage of customers in a way that frankly feels exploitative.

  Super friendly and helpful. Not as busy as other branches due to location. In and out in a few minutes every time. The people that work here are all professional and nice to talk to!
