  Gm call in this morning concerning fraud was very confused how citizens allow this to happen again with the same people wasn’t getting anything accomplished with customer service so I decided to speak to the branch never received the worst customer service from the manager very disappointed she could care less and gave me attitude I let her know I was recording the call for record because how rude unacceptable will be closing my account

  If you recently moved, check the stack of coupons you received from the Post Office. I redeemed a $225 promotional coupon for opening a pretty basic (not a lot of money) checking account. You probably can, too. * * * * * Three Citizens' Banking professionals greeted and assisted me when I recently opened my checking account, and became a first-time patron. Each exceeded my expectations of excellence. Personal Banker BRITTANY HAUN provided superior front-line assistance at her desk. Personable and knowledgeable service in a space that was open and welcoming, yet respectful of privacy. Brittany knew her stuff, and could not have been nicer. Bank Manager HUNTER LANDOCK personally welcomed me, shook my hand, and introduced himself by his first name. So much nicer than the dentist half my age who began, "BRIAN [first name], I am DOCTOR [not first name] Dentist." In addition to sincerely offering "anything I can do to help,:" HUNTER LANDOCK is a fabulous name worthy of Oakdale, Lanview, or some other mythic soap opera town. And finally Retirement Specialist LARRY LEHMAN warmly introduced himself. Turns out Larry and I were Mt. Lebanon classmates in some local, real-life version of That 70's Show. Although I feel like I am 20 years too late for this meeting, and although I offer poor prospects of proitability, I am meeting with Larry later today for a "retirement checkup" to benefit from his knowledge, experience, and belief that NOW is still better than later. Citizens Bank (should have an apostrophe but doesn't) offers 21st Century sophistication with mid-Century manners. The people were so nice, I half-expected to see Andy, Opie, and Aunt Bee. I didn't actually meet the Mayberry menage, but I did see a $225 new account credit. Even better. So for these reasons and more, be sure to visit Citizens Bank in Uptown Mount Lebanon, at 712 Washington Road -- just before the Library and Castle Shannon Boulevard.
