Dealt with a loan officer named Ron Vito Loan Officer NMLS# 17467. Don't recommend this bank it has become a joke. He seemed inconvenienced to help out never let us know what was going on. Never doing business with your bank ever again. If this is what a customer is treated like. Especially since we've done business with you all before.

My wife speaks little English and while I was on phone with her they gave her the cold shoulder and treated her like a piece of trash foriegner and denied her service. I was so hot. They ran her credentials asked her what she wanted and told her they couldn't help her belittling her with rude and arrogant voices... I heard it all and sent her to another branch where they treated her like a human.
