      Why is a bank closed on New Years? There was no notice at the door, the directory also didn’t mention that they would not be open today. Terrible.

      They send letters to convince me open new account with awesome bonus, I worked with an agent in the bank and followed all their recommendations, but they don't pay the bonus. first, it was not automatically deposited to my account, like any other bank. second, after I called them several times for follow up, they said I have to wait another 90 days to get the bonus. after additional 90 days passed, they did whatever they can to put blame on me that I didn't follow their guidance. I have seen this happen to other people. the bonus is all lies. they never pay it. I had similar situation with other banks and they automatically paid on-time, without any follow ups.
