      I go to this bank all the time. I’m always greeted when I enter the bank. The staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I always get quick service when I go there. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else and I will recommend HSBC to my friends and family.

      My non english speaking father went to them 3 different times asking to speak to me on the phone (to translate) and they refused. Now im calling them on the phone since i have work and no one picks up.
