  The most terrible service here. The brand manager is rude, unprofessional. They withdraw money from me on December 16, 2021. They said money will be on hold and will be deposited on December 23, 2021. We received letter that they will hold money till the end of April. Branch manager rejected to help, didn’t explain situation. She just kicked us out. Rude and not professional. I politely asked to call to her supervisor and supervisor of the hold department to resolve. She denied. They broke protocol and deposited check without date. Usually in the most banks they don’t deposit checks at all and send it back to client for a correction. Stay away from this branch, go to Vibe. They even know all their customers personally and always greets you by name.

  Employees here have an odd curiosity about customers transactions, and ask way too many questions. How about you just complete my transaction and say thanks? They also strongly suggest you use the ATM instead of coming in. Um, wouldn't that eliminate your job??!!! The associates at the Rochester and Commerce branches are much more professional and friendly.
