      Me and a loan person called to verify my account and Julie at 30th Street Citizens Branch, was very very rude to the loan lady and myself. I've been with Citizens for 3 years now and I've never experienced the rudeness from anyone like I did Julie. Julie your job needs to be taken. She hung up on the loan person and myself. The higher up people will be getting a call about her. Thank goodness the call was recorded.
