  Not only do I recommend this location, HIGHLY recommend Adam. Very knowledgeable and made sure I was all set with online banking. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

  Today I walked into this branch looking for information regarding their checking and savings accounts. Personally, I was shopping around for a new bank to do business with and was pretty uncertain with who I'd like to go with. I walked into this branch and was greeted by Matt B. He immediately came off as a genuine and empathetic representative who walked me through all of their service offerings and professionally explained, quite literally, all of the ins and outs of being an account holder. Needless to say, I am now part of the Citizens Bank family and am very happy to be assisted by a genuine representative. It's truly refreshing to work with someone who you can trust, especially during uncertain times like these. I've called Matt B. at least a few times today with questions I have had randomly throughout the day which were answered promptly. Highly recommend you see and talk to Matt regarding any banking concerns; we all work hard for our money, so it's very nice to have someone work very hard to make sure you keep it.
