Nice bank! There are wonderful Russian speaking staff here. They do not charge for monthly electronic service if you deposit at least a cent once a month. This bank is mainly intended for those who receive a salary on a card ...

I used a card of another bank to withdraw money. ATM machine in this branch glitched and didn't dispense cash ($500). My bank said that the withdrawal was successful. The bank manager denied to do audits or call a technician to fix the machine. They stole my money. Terrible experience!!!!!

This was an awesome bank to do business with but now it is the worst. You call the branch and nobody answers. You call the automated customer service and you have a forty five minute wait. They are welcoming new HSBC customers!! They should try to accommodate the ones they already have..... Time for a new bank.
