      First time in that branch and they lost a check i loose 30 dollers they dont care

      Do not use the cash deposit feature of the ATM. I deposited 433 dollars and accidentally hit the "return all cash" button only for the ATM to make a grinding noise and declare that the "transaction cannot be processed." The ATM kept my money and nothing went into my account. After submitting a claim I was never given a claim number and told by a rude employee that I had to wait until Thursday for them to check the ATM and promptly hung up on. Called Thursday and was told the bank manager would call. She never called. I am close to closing my account and going elsewhere. This bank has essentially stolen my money and doesn't care to help return it, treating me like a nuisance every time I call.
