I was amazed how quickly and efficiently the process was. I couldn't be more thankful for a positive experience.       Worst bank ever in the history of banks. I cannot make purchases online or out of state without them flagging the account, and good luck getting answers when you call, three people and lies still no answers, not mention the customer service phone number isn't staffed on weekends so if you travel or want to spend money good luck! They apologized for not being good enough on the phone. There are so many levels of unprofessional and probably illegal happenings going on it's incomprehensible.

      Only Bank for a hundred miles around and they would not let me get two rolls of quarters because I was not a client of the bank GRRR! Ok if there are several banks in the area competing. But when you are the only bank around this not practical or fair. Also, it was not like I was asking for a $500 change order. Banking is supposed to be accessible to all and a critical part of daily commerce. Shame on you Citizen's Bank of Clovis!!
