I was here today..Tellers are so very nice. It seems no matter which citizens bank I visit whether in White Oak, Braddock or here.It really doesn't matter as It's always a pleasure . I appreciate being treated with respect and kindness at all locations..They care about your day which is so very nice...Thank you

Literally was told at 455 pm that they were closed when it clearly says 5. Then instead of trying to fix the situation by realizing he was wrong he told my 92 year old grandmother to come earlier next time. Nice job guys I'll be transfering all my accounts home equity etc. somewhere else. Hope the extra 5 minutes was worth it.
