  Well first of all the hours are incorrect for this "bank". They open at 10am on friday. Secondly in order to cash a check even from citizens they attempt to charge you 7$ which is out right terrible. Never the less to mention my experiences as a youth where they attempted to charge fees which for someone under 18 is illegal (even after it being brought to their attention they continued to attempt to about 6 times afterwards.). Just flat out a horrible establishment. I use Eastern currently and I am beyond satisfied with them. I'd suggest anyone with citizens robbery firm to switch really to anyone else. I personally have never had such a terrible set of experiences with any other company in my life.

  The people at the branch were nice. But overall I'd call it a sly ROBBER Bank. When I opened my two checking accounts I was essentially forced to open a savings account. Ok, so I put in $20. Later I was in Asia, when I returned I found numerous "new" monthly fees forcing me to do online statements. Ok, so I agreed to online statements. But this month I noticed a "new" fee. $4.99 monthly fee on a SAVINGS ACCOUNT? 25% of the entire balance as ONE FEE! Had I not checked on the account for 4 months, all my money in those stupid savings accounts would be gone, and probably the fees would have overdrafted the accounts creating fees upon fees, upon fees. Nice people, but clearly at Citizens Bank you are considered a cow--a CASH COW. I have no interest in poring over each of my four statements in an exact manner to find the newest and latest fee. Ok, TDBanknorth, my other bank, has no fees, so GOODBYE and GOOD RIDDANCE Citizens Bank.
