      Very terrible experience I have ever had. I went all the way there to make an adjustment on my account. They told me to call customer service. There were 3 staffs there. One young lady that served me was doing nothing and asked another guy next to him about my issue. That guy was busy serving another young lady at the moment. They only said “Call customer service number on the card” Their languages and behaviors aren’t professional. It’s very ignorant of them. Looks like they hate their jobs so much. I used to have a good experience over there with the manager.
