  Teller was very helpful and nice. Woman, supposedly manager, was rude. Asked her to check if I finally switched to paperless statements. Bank charged $ 3.00 for nothing. She didn't do anything, said she didn't have time. Good luck at that branch!

  I was the only one in line, waited for one if the 3 people working to be ready to help me. I put my license and 2nd form of id and the check on the counter while I waited. She begins, "Slide your card," (not how can I help you) I say, "I don't have one. I don't have an account, just cashing a check" "What's this then?" "My chase card" "I don't need that." "Okay. Somtines thet want 2 forms if ID to cash a check" "I don't have to serve you if you're being rude and yelling." "What? I wasn't yelling. You're behind plastic wearing a mask, I'm getting hard of hearing and am speaking louder when I can't hear" "I don't have to serve you. " What's your name? Ask my manager. Where is he? The Office He wasn't. Fine. I'll just get $ from Stop & Shop Waited in line. Saw manager Door locked. Ugh. While I was waiting in line, I noticed the Manager made it back. His door locked. Just wanted to drop my card off and ask for a phone call to discuss my treatment. Tried to give him my card quickly. Late for someone. Needed money. New policy: Stop & Shop only gives $50 at a time instead of $200. Back to the bank. "Anyone interested in cashing my check?" "No," said the manager. He got back. Office was locked. The BANK manager wanted to escort me from my supermarket and said he'd call the police. I said, "Please. If you want me to discuss how rude your employees was and how you thought you had the right to esort me out of the Stop and Shop. Mind you, I didn't even turn any heads. The store staff were oblivious, because I never yelled. Missed my appointment over it anyway, so I said go ahead. Call the police. They said, well, not much. It was a stupid thing to do. He should have apologized for his employee's rude behavior. I'm dressed in my painting clothes, as I am opening a salon. I also look younger than I am. Especially men who crave power enjoy pushing younger women around. I was willing to pay the $9 to cash my check, now they get an earfull. Bank at Rockland Trust next door. I love my bank so much, just no longer convenient to stop by.
