  I had an amazing customer service experience at this location!!! Melissa was so great!!!! She was very nice and answered every question I had. She helped me alot and also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of asap!!! This was the best customer service I had at any bank! Everyone at this branch is always very helpful and nice!

  I wouldn't even give this branch one star but I had to in order to write the comment. I went to this branch with my mother to get a sworn statement notarized for court purposes and the ignorant employee Mike Samol refused to notarize my statement because he had never seen this type of document in the past. This man clearly needs more training because my court paperwork states I can go to any bank for this to get notarized. Just because he had never seen it doesn't mean that it's not allowed but in his eyes, he was afraid and denied us. This is something that is time sensitive (24-48 hours) and he denied me because he was unsure. This man needs to be trained for his position he clearly has no idea what he is doing and very unprofessional. When I asked to speak to his manager he wouldn't give me a phone number and he wouldn't call the manager himself. If someone isn't sure what to do for their job they should contact someone who does before denying me my public right. Instead he didnt care to ask anyone he just refused to do it. I called the court and they were confused why I was denied and advised me to go to another bank. When I went to the other bank it was no problem at all. I do not know why I was refused this service after years of my mother banking with them ,taking out loans for me to go to niagara university through them and more. Needless to say, I will be speaking with the person in charge wednesday and my mother is now switching to m&t bank. Mike Samol is not fit to be doing his job and has not been trained correctly! What an inconvenience and waste of my time. I would never reccomend the supermarket branch. Also when I came in and sat down Mike had walked right past my mother and I ignoring us as we said hello and he went to hide in the back rather than assist us. I've never had such terrible service.
