      The tellers are ALWAYS pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Jenn is amazing and spends time understanding what your needs are and proactively reaches out when opportunities present themselves to better serve your financial needs. As both a business and personal customer I couldn’t ask more from a branch and it’s employees before, during and after the pandemic. Really consider switching your accounts to Citizen Bank!

      This bank will not make change for anyone that is not an account holder Every other bank will.when I complain9o was asked why I don't open an account...because a bank not banking. Is poor customer service...one roll of quartets will not break your bank will not put them out of busi9
