      Nice people got us a great rate on refinancing my wife’s student loan. So nice we switched our banking to them from TD bank.

      One of the worst customer service bank in this area. Employees are rude and they don’t care about longevity of customer cares, only one employee in counter and another employee were got gossip with some other friends. They don’t value our (customers) time . Sometimes asking for changes coins for my business but most of times they denied they thought that they are giving free not selling rolls of coins, I preferred my friend not to open any account with this Bank’s Branch .

      This was a good bank until they cut hours. Most banks are open after 5 during the week and on Sundays now. Losing customers due to horrible hours.
