      We had a issue with citizens bank in 1700 New Butler Road, New Castle. The branch manager there deposited a check informing us that she released the funds right away, which was very nice. Well next day I had seen two over draft fees. one for the branch manger that with drawled 260.00 for us, and the other for the online transfer. The associate young was no help that day thats why we went to the branch manager, she did not seem interested in helping, rather saying go to the atm. Well we almost closed the accounts, but thanks to randy Scott I was wowed by his great service. Randy is from the Pa citizens, I opened my account there because of the SlipperyRock staff, they are the best in service. If it would have been Newcastle citizens forget it I would never have opened a account. I will never visit that branch again. thank you so much Randy.

      Only because zero stars is not an option. The tellers are rude, the business manager should be a bagger at giant eagle and the entire citizens Bank scheme is to steal your money. However they will attpt to convince you first that you have no idea what your talking about first. This bank preys on the uneducated locals and closes your account and sends you a check when you challenge this system. Stay away!
