      The folks at Citizens Bank & Trust have always been a tremendous asset to our business day in and day out. However during this time of uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 virus they have been true champions.       This has nothing to do with the bank company but I have to say this, they called for a PPI on a homeless couples vehicle, yes that was where they lived and the only reason why they parked in the bank was because they ran out of gas and left to go get fuel. By the time they came back the vehicle was gone with all of the stuff they owned and was crying because they had no idea what to do. Compassion is what is being lost in this world I’m disheartened and I will NEVER support this company that allows this type of behavior.

      Nice bank. Friendly, locally owned, several branches well spread out in the area to take care of people. I have never gotten a loan of any kind from them but they will do them. If you go into the Lake Wales Fl branch, they usually aren't too busy.
