I cannot express how amazing the Suncrest branch is in Visalia! I was recommended by Joe Silva, a loyal happy customer for years. He told me that nothing comes close to their customer service and their professionalism. WOW, he was NOT KIDDING!! I have been with them for a little over two years now. They helped me open my new business and answered so many questions as I was growing. I also had someone hack into an account on my phone and they went above and beyond to help me fight it. The BEST part is that they enjoyed going through the happy time of when I found out that I was going to be a grandma. They asked me how everything was every week until he was born. They are family and TRUELY make you feel like it. They surprised me with a special Suncrest onesie that they had especially made for him. I can go on and on, but I want to get to the point. March 2022 update: Since the Citizen Bank Conversion, customer service has been horrid. Suncrest staff used to know me by name, now I feel like a number. I have called the 800 number four times for app and online banking technical support. No one has been able to activate my Zelle or bill pay. Not to mention they charge 50 cents for every time I use my debit card + their monthly service fee. If you like giving your money away to banks, then you’ll love this bank. Otherwise look elsewhere
