      I’ve been with them for years. But in the past year they screwed up two of my loans. When I paid them off they forgot to pay the interest off & it made my credit go down. They fixed it. & did it again on another loan few months later. Then today I deposited 12k. They mis counted it & claimed I lost $180. So I told them to count it for a 4th time. They found the extra $80. But still missing $100. & then proceeded to be very very rude. The branch manager of wickliffe was super rude & unprofessional. I will no longer do business with them. Absolutely terrible. They have done this with my dad & grandmother as well. This is about wickliffe location only. No offense to anyone at other locations or anyone not invlolved in this at wickliffe location.
