  ONLY giving this 1 star because it is not an option to give them 0 stars...WORST BANK EVER...nothing but trouble with this bank...both the Maysville AND the Tollesboro branch employees are EXTREMELY rude...they should be required to go through some sort of CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!!! They talk to you ANY way they want to, and show absolutely NO respect, which is NOT how a person working at a place that deals with customer service is supposed to act. Granted, it is not ALL of the employees, but there ARE several. I will never conduct any sort of business with this bank EVER again, and I would NOT recommend this bank to ANYONE! I know SEVERAL people who feel the same as I do regarding this bank. Management should be taking a good hard look at who they are employing, and take the steps necessary to fix this situation. Life is hard enough without having to deal with rude people...good riddance Citizens Deposit Bank!!! 10 THUMBS DOWN!!!!

  If I could give them negative stars, I would. It's nothing to do with this specific location, nor does it have anything to do with staffing. Just dodge a bullet and don't even consider this horrible organization for yourself, friends or family. How can someone with the right mind in good conscience charge a person a $100 over draft fee?? "Oh, this person is freezing to death, let's take his shirt while we're at it." Very screwed up system, I should've switched banks a long time ago. I'm embarrassed to even say that I've had this bank my entire life. Never, ever again. If someone is struggling, how does it make sense to make them struggle EVEN MORE? Do yourself a favor and go some where else. 5/3 bank has an account that doesn't charge over draft fees, that's a little more humane.
