      This bank has been my bank since I moved to The Villages, about 6 years ago. They are polite, patient and will talk to you personally about any issue. I had some automatic paycheck problems and Maria and I talked more than once. Excellent customer service, much appreciated.

      Amazing the difference between branches. When this Pinellas branch don't have something they sorrowfully blame it on the lack of business. I have been coming here almost weekly. They don't know me yet. Personal changes too much. I have to drivefurtherbut the Colony Branch has it all over this branch. It must start at the top. My last trip here,,, sad!
