  Mobile banking system sucks its not automatic it manual and if you post it on Friday you're probably not going to get your check till Monday this has happened to me 2 weeks in a row cnb fix your system!!!!!

  I hope this helps someone protect their money and privacy. We had a charge come through that we did not authorize and once the company that charged us refunded the money we called in to ask for the NSF to be refunded seeing that the charge was not our fault.. Sandy who is the manager pretty much huffed and puffed over it and told me in the end if I have never had a NSF refunded then she will think about refunding it and will call me back. Well, she never called back and she has not refunded the charge. Ever since I have been banking with CNB Sandy has been nothing but rude, eye rolling, snobby, HIGHLY OPINIONATED and unkind. This is not the way a small branch in a small community should be. It should not be up to ones opinion. This is hard earned money she is taking from us bc she can. It seems I am NOT the only one who thinks this way. DO NOT BANK HERE if you want reliable service, your money to be safe, your account to stay safe, trust when it comes to who's handling your money, great customer service, and also your privacy taken seriously. PLEASE BE AWARE! Also, I am not saying ALL CNB banks are bad.. I'm just referring to this particular branch.
