      Was approved for an Xbox loan (since there's no other way to buy an Xbox at MSRP this year unless it's financed, which is a racket all by itself) but it timed out before I could complete the purchase. Tried again and was denied. BOTH inquiries appeared on my credit despite specific instructions from Citizens One that they would not count unless approved. Tried to login to the account I was reportedly approved for but Citizens One "has no record of my informtion". This whole situation with the Xbox and scalpers selling on major platforms just screams SCAM!!!

      I apply for a loan via best buy and the order got cancel for verification reasons and then contacted them to confirm the loan approval, and it just was a transfer marathon, because of the fact I freaked out and blocked my credit report to be on the save side

      These are just fraudsters! They opened a credit line in my name without my knowledge. And they keep sending me a payment notice for a loan I never took. We expect banks to check two forms of identity. These fraudsters at Citizen One did nothing. When I reported the problem they took no action to investigate. They won't even tell me who the manager created/approved the loan.
