  I don’t want to name names In fear of forgetting someone. ALL the girls at the Clark Summit branch R TERRIFIC!!!! Always - kind and considerate. I consider them all my friends ❤️. Often, I have many transactions- I try to be organized & I have never been made to feel like I was bothering anyone. All the girls are patient and professional !! For various reasons, I have done business at many other banks in the Abingtons - their services do not even come close to what I get at Citizen’s. Love the passbook….I hope U never get rid of it. Also appreciate a balance on the deposit receipts….something U don’t get at PNC and NBT unless U ask and show ID !! I would never change banks for my own personal banking needs. Thank you for all U do for me !!

  This bank is the best. What makes them the best is the people that run the bank. I've had an account there for over 30 years now, these folks are like no other, they are like family to me...

  Don't bank with them please. I have tried several times to close my account. It is several months later and it is still open. Even after I sent a letter which I know was recieved because I was called back and left a message...so they could "ask other questions". Because I can't remember who called me...I have to go through this process again. I moved hours away and am having a horrible time doing this. I would never use them again. Horrible banking experience. I guess I will write another letter and hope for the best.
