  Well they worked above and beyond for me. They had all the paperwork drawn up for me. That's the first bank that opened up an account for me w/o any money.. I had difficulty from H&R Block Emerald card. They straightened me out and pointed me in the right direction. THANKS SO MUCH....

  No consistency in service. Was treated rudely by staff. Closed 3 accounts due to how we were treated. Won’t be back!

  I have been a customer of this bank for many years. Every time I need a loan, I have to jump through hoops like a brand new customer. I tried to get a small loan this week, and was told I had to fill out a three page application, that would then have to be sent to their Buffalo location. This bank has been on a major decline over the last several years. It is pretty much impossible to get any help from James Black. He should have retired years ago, he makes too many mistakes on paperwork and is just too old for the job. I pay every loan payment on time, I am a long-time customer. It should not take 3 or 4 days or more and a ton of paperwork to get a $1000 loan. I am taking my business elsewhere. I don`t know why they keep this bank open, they don`t want to do business and don`t care about their customers.
