      I'm the Financial Controller at a large fruit processing plant in WA State. We deal with one large state bank and one international bank for our daily operations. Yet, when the COVID-19 virus made an impact on our capacity to work, it was Citizens State Bank that guided us through the CARES Act Payroll Protection process to get funding to help us get people back to work and prepare for the harvest season. The other banks either weren't capable or had too much bureaucracy in place that made working with them impossible. Vice President Walker Trimble and his associates have been very professional, personable, and caring. There is a genuineness and goodness about these people. If it weren't for the great distance, I'd lobby with our GM to change to Citizens State Bank for some of our banking needs.
