      The staff is great to work with. They really care about the customer. Dusty is quick to fix any problems that come up. I would highly recommend this bank to family and friends. They are a true home town bank!

      The worst bank in Kansas..... I own 2 businesses, both where closed during the pandemic. Citizens bank never offered me any assistance at all. Even with all the PPP loans available from the government, I had to go to another bank for assistance. However, the CEO was offering PPP loans to the large cattle companies to gain favor in our small town. It’s laughable how blatantly the bank uses government money to gain favor. They are not here to help the small businesses. They wouldn’t help me finance a home for my family and even suggested I move my family of 5 into a 2 bedroom. Thankfully I was able to get some assistance with both issues from Farmers and Drovers bank. They are a real local bank and are willing to help make out small town a better place. Unlike Citizens bank, they care about the small town life. If your thinking about opening an account-DON’T!!!!!!!!!

      I had the worst service that a bank could give as i had been in there several times and asked for something to be done and i was told that it couldnt be done right now and to come back and i did this 5 times and all i got each time was the same thing
