  Every time I enter this branch (Signal), I am greeted with a smile and "Hello'. Each teller takes time to make the customer's transaction with an additional "is there anything else you need?" For a financial institution & when it comes to your money needs, there is a caring & personal atmosphere.

  I’d give 0 stars if possible. I typically don’t write reviews but the customer service was so rude and unprofessional I feel compelled to. We just sold several properties and were looking for a local bank to create a relationship with and deposit a substantial amount of money. The Bank Rep who brought us into her office never introduced herself, asked our names, or offered any pleasantries, almost as if we were inconveniencing her. Keep in mind we were the only ones in the bank. We asked her what were the benefits of the different account types and what set her bank apart from other local options. She pushed some pamphlets at us and said “look at the pamphlets I’m not sure what else to tell you”. It was clear to us she had no interest in getting our business or taking the time to explain the different options. I’d expect this from a big city not Signal Mountains. Moral of the story- go to First Horizon or Sun Trust, you’ll have a much better experience.
