      The most inconsiderate and rude employees I’ve ever met. After going to help pay a car loan that was late, I realized they were charging her $290 in late fees. I asked why they are charging her 47% of her monthly payments in late fees. (almost half of her car payment) the loan officer came out of her office with a real negative attitude. “Due to you not being on the loan we will not tell you anything” in the most disrespectful tone. Highway robbery I recommend never financing with this institution. *Fun fact if you don’t bank with them you cannot pay your loan online or by card.* Will be re-financing elsewhere. They don’t get a penny more from us.
