It is very rare to see mortgage bankers this slow and dishonest. I worked with a banker named Dean. Throughout this lengthy process, he assured me that loan is good to go with the given rates. After two months of waiting and losing opportunity to engage another bankers before next rate hikes, they came back to me and raise the agreed upon rate. Please be aware dealing with this bank. I will not recommend engaging them if you are considering new lenders.
