      My mother had the actual problem but I was the one speaking for her. I first talked to a lady behind glass and you could tell she went out of her way to help us but didn't quite know what to do so she went and got a higher rank personnel who was not only rude but seemed annoyed and impatient. She was of no help. Maybe because they were fixing to close but never have I been treated and felt like I was a bother to someone who works at a bank. Why work there if you don't want to help people and I mean all types of people at that?
