I am usually not one to write reviews BUT if I could give the Bob Rowten Team more than 5 stars I definitely would! I was not a first time mortgage applicant so I had some what of experience in this area & I will tell you that this application ride was so smooth it was almost unbelievable! Mind you, I lived about 5 or so hours away and Bob was able to work with me despite the distance! A few review words can not explain how thankful I am my realtor Miran Faulks recommended Bob Rowten! I know everyone's experience can be quite different depending on different circumstances, but I highly recommend you look into City Bank when you are looking for a mortgage loan because they will not disappoint you! I haven't quite found my dream home yet, but when I do I'm definitely coming back to City Bank and looking for Bob's team! Thanks Bob for a great experience!
