      Disclaimer: I don't bank with City Bank. Today, I was sent to this location, by Lamb County's Tax Office-I was trying to register my vehicle, for the new year. As I was walking up, to the door a young man stopped me and asked if I was there, to register my car and stated that they get a lot of folks at their location, for that purpose. He was very kind in telling me that I was at the wrong location and how to get, to the correct location.

      Call center transferred me to Kendra. Worst customer experience. She lives to talk down or belittle people. She received the same respect from me. I feel sorry for her co workers and the establishment. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
