I don’t even know where to begin. The minute they switched over from the old bank to the new bank everything went wrong. My card gets declined and or locked at least five times a week. They have no after hours services whatsoever so if your bank card messes up on the weekend you have to wait until Monday to retrieve your money. They never resolve any problems except for temporary early when you call the bank 8 AM to 4pm! The mobile app which I use the most constantly messes up now I’m at the point where it says I have no debit card attached to my account whatsoever so here I am again not able to use my money. As of today I will be taking my business elsewhere after being with this Bank for a little under three years. They are not experienced whatsoever in the banking industry. Nothing works ever. I have a lot of money that goes to my account which is the first time in my life that I can actually say that and still my car declines 85% of the time out of every month!

Have banking with West Texas State bank 40 years and it was bought out by City Bank. Required to set up an online account which was fine with me but they quit mailing paper statements. Called City Bank and asked why and found my statements are now online only. I did not request this snd found a paper statement will cost $5.00 monthly. I now feel like I am now just a number,
