      A little late in writing this but on Friday 6/10/22 went to credit union to close out my parents account. Everytime I have gone I've always been greeted and helped. It meant alot to me since I lost both parents this year. Misty was especially helpful when I went to close out account. She made the process so easy to do and very friendly. This was not the first time. She had helped me a few other times when I went in.

      Greatest place to bank dfw The Waxahachie location, from mgt to clerks to loan staff all excellent. They know me by name, always friendly curious. I know most of thier names, but don't want to list incase I leave someone out. I have banked and financed with them for many years now. So hard to find this kind of service anymore. The staff here makes the bank, its thier service that has kept me and my family there. Rates are good but staffing is the best. Thanks city credit union Waxahachie!!🙏👆
