      I had a terrific experience with City Creek Mortgage. I was looking at other credit unions and banks at the same time. Most had higher interest rates. One of the credit unions that we were interested in told me that they could not finish the mortgage in the time frame I needed it in. There was still two weeks left before I had to close. That was very frustrating. However, City Creek Mortgage said they could finish the mortgage in the remaining time. They also had one of the best interest rates. They worked very hard to make sure it happened. I was contacted late in the evening the day before interest rates went up 3/4 of a percent. They knew the interest rates were going to go up the next day and wanted to make sure I got locked in before that happened. That small act of calling me in the evening saved me thousands of dollars. The next time I buy a home, City Creek Mortgage will be at the top of my list to call.
