      Love our little bank. Laura is fantastic to work with! We have financed 4 vehicles with her and she has always had our best interest at heart, got us the best rates and terms and has completed the paperwork fast and efficiently with minimal inconvenience to us.       First, the member's name above is incorrect cannot be altered. Member's name is Vivian Patterson. Had several transactions same day. Customer service, Joy Clowers, was helpful in congenial manner, starting with phone call questions the prior day. On office visit, she easily asked Laura Wright, a second Rept.for assist of tasks not used on a regular basis, i.e., RMD's. Wright shared her knowledge readily. I was very impressed with staffs' attention to details & interaction with each other.
