      I've had a terrible experience. The bank said that a check I deposited mobily, that was from my fiance's grandfather, came back as fraudulent. The very rude woman I talked to then proceeded to tell me my account had been shut down. I called customer service and was told that the check was detected as fraudulent, but my account is not closed. The people with customer service and at the Ashland Wal-Mart branch were very helpful, but I would not bank with Paintsville suburban branch. This has been nothing but stress. If I could remember the woman's name, I would have already talked to a CEO.
