      A bank that won't break a hundred dollar bill. Went in to get 5 $20s but because I don't have an account with them they would not break my hundred. Said it was their policy. I could understand if it was a check but cash?! Really! Apparently they must have too many customers cause I definitively will never be one. Went to the grocery store and they had no problem breaking it. They apparently do wasn't my business!

      I came to this building for a doctor's appointment... The parking garage only takes cash. Yep. In 2017. Guess why? Because the only ATM is, you guessed it, a City National Bank ATM. The sign on the side says it accepts all kinds of credit cards, but it spat my perfectly normal, working Visa card back at me with some vague inexplicable error 5 times. You're not even making money off me right now you're just ruining my day.
